Qualifications: Knowledge of ITIL best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience managing multiplatform Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. Have excellent knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory Domain Service, Domains & Trusts, Sites & Services, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell, Batch script, Jira and Confluence. Should have industry standard certifications for Windows Server technology (MCITP), VCP, AWS. Desired to have hands on experience in troubleshooting server class hardware mainly with HP C7000 & C3000 Chassis, HP Blade systems, HP Synergy etc. Desired to have knowledge on Ansible Working in a complex, enterprise environment with multiple, global data centers in collaboration with network, application, and including demonstrated collaboration with middleware teams Willingness to work in 24/7 environment with rotational shifts. Requires a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience with an Associates or bachelor s degree.
