Job Summary
  • Manage a team of Inside Sales Managers (ISM) responsible for end-to-end Inbound Sales in Global Markets e.g. North America/EMEA/APAC
  • Own monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue quota, account conversions, and other key KPIs of the team.
  • Forecast closures accurately (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
  • Responsible for the daily metrics of the team (Dials, Talk Time, Emails, Opportunities).
  • Train, Coach, and Mentor Inside Sales Manager with a continuous feedback mechanism.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Technical Support to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Relevant experience in Sales/Pre-Sales/Business Development in SaaS/IT Product/IT Services companies.
  • Prior experience in managing Inbound Sales (preferred).
