Role Title: Associate Director - Engineering Manager

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid).

Has prior 3+ years' experiencein managing product/application development,people management and should have managed 15+ member team.

Should have strong technical background in java, Hadoop, oracle/postgres.

Should have experience managing agile teams.

Should have knowledge of CI/CD and automation techniques.

Should be well versed in in SDLC and quality processes.

Knows at least one effort estimation techniques. (PERT, usecase, Function Point Analysis or planning poker) etc

Can shuffle between multi priorities and must have good stakeholder management and planning skills.

Domain- Preferred from telco billing,charging, Order fulfilmentside.

Assertive in nature,Communicates clearly and to the point.
