What we do:

• We implement high throughput data pipelines using Kafka, Java, and Python.
• We build the world's prettiest and most intuitive user interfaces using React, Angular, Typescript, and other OSS libraries.
• We use a variety of other Open Source technologies including MySQL, Redis, RocksDB, InfluxDB, and more.
• We write reusable, efficient, and highly concurrent code. We are proud of the technology we build but we are not dogmatic about our techniques.
• We frequently re-evaluate our decisions and proactively make improvements to avoid last-minute chaos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve user experience of how our customers move data using the platform.
• Engage with existing and prospective customers, understand the use of data in their business, and bring improvements in the product to address those needs.
• Understand the day-to-day problems of Data Engineering, Data Analyst, Marketing, and Sales teams in customers' organization.
• Know the competition, adjacent technology landscape, and key market drivers.
• Conduct customer interviews, meet and greet sessions, and get insights into user journeys in technology adoption.
• Develop and work with senior management on product vision, strategy, and business plans and evangelize within the organization.
• Work closely with user interface design, engineering, and operations to define detailed requirements and develop products.
• Measure and analyze product and feature performance for opportunities to innovate, improve customer experience, and increase adoption.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 1+ years of hands-on software development or data analyst experience in a high-performance environment.
• 1 - 3year of hands-on product management and shipping products.
• Experience relying on analytics and data to craft product decisions and empower tracking the effectiveness of change
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills with a confirmed ability to influence partners
