We develop groundbreaking solutions that simplify operations and propel businesses forward. As a UX Architect & Developer, you will design and develop user experiences on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with product owners, module leads, and developers to improve the user experience for both agents and end users. Your role will involve analyzing user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and ensuring seamless functionality across the platform. A strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM and Helpdesk systems will be highly beneficial. Key Responsibilities User Experience Design: Research, analyze, and design interactive user experiences for ServiceNow platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and developers to enhance UI/UX at the agent and end-user levels. Web Development: Leverage web technologies like HTML, CSS, and AngularJS to create intuitive designs. Portal & UI Builder Development: Develop and optimize ServiceNow Portals, UI Builder framework, and Employee Center. Customization & Configuration: Configure Agent Workspaces, Virtual Agents, and Teams/Office365 integrations. Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and mentorship on UX best practices and platform capabilities. Required Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. 10+ years of relevant experience (8+ years with a Master s degree). Technical Skills: Mandatory: Experience designing custom portals and intuitive user experiences. Expertise in UX design for ServiceNow Portals and UI Builder framework. Strong background in HTML, CSS, AngularJS. Hands-on experience with pages, widgets, themes, and UI Builder. Preferred: Experience with Employee Center and Custom Service Portals. Configuration of Agent Workspaces, Virtual Agents, and Office365 integrations. ServiceNow development experience is a significant plus. Strong knowledge of UI technologies like Bootstrap, CSS frameworks, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Why Join HPE?
