4+ years of experience and/or at least one medium to complex Marketing projects with hands-on experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect or similar expertise implementing E-mail Campaigns & Journeys using Marketing Cloud and associated tools. Preferred experience in a customer-facing role implementing solutions using Marketing Cloud Email/Mobile/Social Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder and Marketing Cloud Connect Proven experience with the administration and configuration of the Marketing Cloud Email application; Build and activate an entry-level Journey Builder Interaction Demonstrated implementation design best practices, executing deployment of campaigns, and finalizing custom solutions for customer Knows how to build email marketing campaigns, incorporating different tools such as the content system, segmentation, automation, tracking, and analytics to make data- driven decisions to optimize customer email campaigns and also able to troubleshoot and solve platform issues Meet customer business requirements that are maintainable, scalable, and contribute to long-term customer successNICE TO HAVE: Sound knowledge in AMPscript/SSJS scripting experience or template language like Handlebars or Mustache Experience designing/developing RESTful web services/API using Java or other technologies Knowledgeable in Marketing Cloud API/SDKs Knowledgeable in Marketing Cloud Package Development Setup and execute Social Ad campaigns using social studio or traditional methodPreferred Certification:Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant or Exact Target Consultant
