Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with deep expertise in developing, implementing, and optimizing strategies for on-page and off-page optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in driving organic traffic, managing SEO campaigns, and analyzing digital performance to optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Optimization:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously optimize SEO strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct on-page and off-page SEO optimization for websites to improve rankings and visibility.

Keyword Research & Analysis:

  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for ranking improvements.
  • Implement strategies to achieve top rankings in organic search results.

Traffic Growth:

  • Drive traffic by achieving high organic search rankings across major search engines.
  • Create and manage XML sitemaps and submit them to search engines.

Data Analysis:

  • Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze SEO reports and provide insights to management.

Social Media & Networking:

  • Engage with social media platforms and networking websites to increase site traffic and brand visibility.

Staying Updated:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms, techniques, and trends.

Website Optimization:

  • Optimize key website elements like title tags, meta descriptions, keyword density, internal linking, and sitemaps.
  • Provide documentation on keyword strategies and link-building efforts.

Link Building Strategy:

  • Develop and execute link-building strategies that align with SEO goals.
  • Ensure a natural, high-quality link profile through strategic link-building and partnership efforts.

Blogging & Content:

  • Leverage blogging platforms like WordPress and Blogger to improve visibility and search rankings.

Link Submission & Off-Page Optimization:

  • Handle various off-page SEO activities, such as social bookmarking, directory submissions, and article submission.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: BCA, B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of overall experience, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Strong hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and SEO best practices.
  • Experience: Experience in link-building strategies, content marketing, and social media engagement.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of SEO, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Skills: Ability to analyze data and create actionable reports.
