Responsibilities: Engage in the efficient and environmentally responsible management of e-waste and battery recycling processes. Conduct cold calls to prospective clients based in the UK and other countries, promoting our client s services and generating new business opportunities. Perform market research related to the stock market, analyzing trends, identifying potential investments, and providing valuable insights to our clients. Utilize your MBA background and two years of experience to support marketing and finance activities, including strategic planning, campaign development, and financial analysis. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. Possess knowledge of basic accounting principles and be a smart worker, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient reporting. Display a basic understanding of finance concepts and the willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Be open to occasional travel across India as required for client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events. Qualifications: MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing or Finance. Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in a similar role. Background in marketing and finance, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices. Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi, both spoken and written. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with record-keeping and financial reporting. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data effectively. Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment. Flexibility to travel within India, as required by the role.
