Job Description:

Understanding the basis of notice issued by the department to client.

Analyzing the notice and independently preparing reply to notice.

Research on case laws, relevant to indirect tax

Reading of documents

preparation of reply/ appeal

Understanding the documents of client

Co-ordination with a client for documents

Appearance before adjudicating officer (after one year)

Gender Preference: Male

Required Qualification: CA or LLB Graduates with minimum 5 +years experience in IDT Litigation
