Job Summary
  • Provide accurate data that can be relied upon to support business decisions, working with other members of the HR Operations team to improve data accuracy within the HR systems.
  • Be one point of contact in people analytics to provide meaningful data aligned with the needs of the stakeholders.
  • Provide headcount data to the business that is clear and instructive to forecast and plan for the work force and personal costs annually. Demonstrate the variations occurring periodically in the data.
  • Presenting data both electronically and in person which clearly articulates any findings, observations and suggestions that can be implemented effectively and practically by the stakeholder.
  • Develop a reporting suite that can be accessed on a self-service basis by stakeholders.
  • Work with key stakeholders to provide meaningful and tailored report that drives organization effectiveness by highlighting risks and trends set against external benchmarking data
  • Develop methods to track return on investment for people-related costs for the business to track staffing costs and measure HR processes/initiatives to influence and create a successful future people-related strategy.

Any Graduate
