Job Summary

Job Requirements :-


  • Graduate in Marketing or Communications

  • 1-3 years of experience in managing social media pages

  • Good sense of prioritization and ability to handle critical situations with ease

  • Amazing communication skills, usage of right vocabulary and tone when required

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, industry awareness and understanding

  • Ability to think out of the box/ thinking on their feet/ presence of mind

  • Clear written communication with minimal errors

  • Ability to grasp feedback on work done and implement the same without hiccups


Responsibilities

  • Ongoing management, continuity and execution of social media marketing strategies and programs on behalf of the assigned clients

  • Work closely with the Account managers to ensure daily program requirements are being executed and that overall program goals are being met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis (on schedule and on goal)

  • Proactively ensure issues, successes and key insights are being escalated and reported in a timely manner throughout a campaign

  • Work with the team or independently to identify relevant and targeted influencers as well as the overall outreach strategy, and he or she will be responsible for outreach, coordination and reporting

  • Ensure consistency of messages/ posts across multiple networks

  • Serve as community and relationship manager for brands and resolve issues as they arise

  • Capability to come up with independent campaign idea suggestions, set up monthly content calendars

  • Create weekly social media program status reports detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes and monitoring results
