The Enterprise Services Computeand Connectivity Platform Organization designs, implements and operates astate-of-the-art Information Systems Infrastructure serving around 110,000 employees,in over 900 locations across 65 plus countries. A Lead Network Architectwithin the Communications Organizations is a key leader in the enablement anddelivery of global network solutions that are secure, compliant and agileacross all Honeywell sites worldwide. The Network Manager will lead a globalteam of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in driving, developing and implementingtransformative data network solutions and services that meet current andemerging business requirements using contemporary and cutting edge capabilitiesand functionality.




Key Responsibilities:
Manage end to end service operations in the network
Lead a team of Subject Matter Experts to deliver global and contemporary solutions which meet our legal and regulatory requirements securely
Accelerate the consolidation and efficiency of LAN/Wireless LAN over a single network infrastructure that is cost effective and meets the connectivity requirements at each of our locations
Drive the transformation of legacy services to contemporary solutions using software defined networks, virtualization, automation, orchestration, segmentation and edge intelligence
Develop compelling business cases around problems, risks, benefits and business outcomes with the financial justification required to execute on them
Generate useful metrics vis ServiceNow and develop multiple dashboard views to validate the heath of network services

Oversee Go-Live activities of new deployments and operationalization to steady state
Prepare, review, and approve Change Management requests

Provide technical and business input for IT infrastructure projects related to all networking and related technologies
Continuously evaluate service levels and ensure results are oriented to customer satisfaction
Drive service improvements via metrics, root cause analysis, problem management and all ITSM processes

You Must Have:

Bachelors Degree
6+ years total IT Infrastructure experience securing, operating and supporting data and voice technologies
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing complex Enterprise Network infrastructure projects with a sound understanding of telecommunications and compute technologies
Fluent English communication

We Value:
Experience planning and deploying large scale network infrastructure.
Hands on experience working with ServiceNow or any enterprise ITSM tools.
Understanding of technology platforms, Cisco ISE, Prime, or DNA center
Extensive communication abilities

Possesses a record of execution against aggressive timelines

CCNA, CCIE certifications highly preferred
