To help support our customer base, both directly & indirectly. Activity required interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose & resolve unique, non- recurring problems in Hosting EnvironmentKey SkillsAbility to work well with a team, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues, Proactive to learn and understand from seniors, Basic installation, server security, server monitoring, Basic understanding of SMTP, HTTP, FTP, IMAP, POP, Exim, Linux Server and Windows server, Managing server Backup/Restore, Ability to work well with a team, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues, Confident and passionate, Organizational skills with the ability to multitask by talking, using technology and listening, Ability to troubleshoot web hosting and technical procedures as needed.
