Job Summary

Skills and Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of successful software sales or customer facing experience.
    • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Experience selling to C-Suite (Fortune 5000 would be a plus).
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with a keen business sense is required.

Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest in learning more about Icertis Contract Management System.
    • Make cold outbound calls to target accounts.
    • Call and qualify sales leads.
    • Initiate telephone and email contact with potential Enterprise prospects from various lead sources, including but not limited to: Website, Online events, Tradeshows, 3rdParty Vendors, Social Media.
    • Answer inbound calls and emails.
    • Manage a pipeline of leads, while meeting/exceeding Inbound Sales Service Level Agreements.
    • Record prospect information into CRM database.
    • Interface frequently with other departments including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Presales and Executive Leadership Team.
    • SalesForce and Outreach experience would be a plus.
