Job Summary
Title: Manager-Data Management
Location: Chennai
Overview:
Responsible for driving Process Renewal initiatives related to Data Cleaning such as RPA, DRT, Listings Library etc.
Responsibilities:
- Critically evaluate existing DM (Data Management) Processes and come up with ideas on areas which can be automated to make existing processes more efficient
- Work with IT and other relevant groups to evaluate most viable and efficient solutions to enhance DM processes
- Perform initial financial and ROI assessment for proposed solutions
- Work with DM SMEs to collate requirements
- Work with DM Sr Management to get approvals and roll out process improvements

- Background in IT and Business Analysis with at least 12+ years of experience
- Experience of leading Process Improvement Projects
- Experience driving Change Management
- Experience in Data and Digital Transformations
- Hands on experience of Six Sigma and Agile Process
- Experience of RPA development and implementation
- Experience in project management
