Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES

Project management
- Plan, implement, monitor, control & report new projects to maintain strict project timelines and quality.
Release management
- Implementing and managing processes for release related to core broking applications (Back office / RMS / Frontoffice) and ancillary applications through test, and production rollouts.
Change Management
- Helping relevant department users to adapt to change to the existing system.
Application Testing and Automation
- Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the application to fix defects or any change is been introduced.
Market analysis
- Frequently conducting market analysis and proposing new solutions to business team which suit the business module or are introduced by the competitors.

SKILLS AND TRAITS

Should be good at team management.
Should be able to adapt to the changing business requirements
Should be able to work under pressure to maintain deadlines
Should be able communicate well with peers, vendors, support personnel.
Should be in a position be compliant with internal , external and regulatory requirements.
Should be good at documentation, record maintenance, over all oral and written communication.

Qualification :
Graduation / PG in IT

Experience Required :

5 to 7 Years
