We are looking for a project manager who is having,
Requirements:
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices, Specify in IT Domain.
Can Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
Coordinating with clients & internal team from requirement understanding till project deployment.
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed for the project change
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
Communicating with the stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals. May need to interface with product management and direct customer engagements.
This role requires a strong foundation and hands-on expertise in development environments based on Agile and CI/ CD methodologies
Must have a data-centric approach to SW quality tracking, monitoring, and enhancements.
Must be a champion of test-driven development and automation
An excellent communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills
A team player and an effective leader who can motivate their project team
Ability to drive change in a technical work environment
Solid understanding of the current web and database technologies and general ability to ramp up and go deep into based on need
2 - 4 years of proven industry experience in software project management
