Job Summary

Key Responsibilities


Performance Marketing:

  • Develop and Execute Data-Driven Strategies: Utilize analytics and insights to design, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while closely monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the UX/UI and product teams to enhance landing pages and user experiences to increase conversion rates.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing to refine ad creatives, messaging, and targeting to continually improve campaign performance.


SEO:

  • SEO Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance our online visibility.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and trends, optimizing on-page and off-page SEO factors to drive organic growth.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-focused content, ensuring alignment with our brand and industry best practices.
  • Technical SEO: Monitor and address technical SEO issues, including website speed, mobile-friendliness, and schema markup.



Email Marketing:

  • Email Campaign Management: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization and segmentation to execution and analysis.
  • Personalization and Automation: Implement advanced email personalization and automation strategies to nurture leads and drive engagement.
  • List Management: Maintain and segment our email database, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Performance Analysis: Continuously analyze email marketing performance metrics to refine strategies, and improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.


Team Management:

  • Resource Planning & Allocation: Plan for lean & efficient Org structures; and efficiently allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and tools, to maximize the team's effectiveness in executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Professional Development: Provide guidance and support for the professional growth of team members by identifying training needs, facilitating skill development programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Goal Setting & Alignment: Collaborate with team members to set clear and achievable goals that align with the overall marketing and business objectives. Ensure that team members understand their individual contributions to the team's success.
  • Maintain Team Dynamics: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by promoting effective team dynamics. Encourage open communication and constructive feedback among team members.


Pre-requisites:

  • Proven track record of at least 10 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, SEO best practices, and email marketing tools.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills and the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding growth targets.
