The role and what we are looking for

Responsibilities:

• Acquisition:Get the customer's attention, make people aware of saleshandy and peak their interest.

  • Create product content such as case studies, videos, and blog posts

  • Own a newsletter for a sales audience

  • Develop product messaging that differentiates saleshandy in the market

• Engagement:Get people involved in our community of fans.

  • Organize and conduct webinars/podcasts

  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey to increase product feature adoption and usage

  • Build online customer communities

  • Craft engaging educational content around product

• Build team

Key Requirements

• High on customer-obsession

• Ability to craft engaging content

• Background in design or copywriting is a plus.

• Having B2B SaaS experience is plus

• Must be technically fluent

• Good at web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel)

• A keen eye for detail. Creativity. Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills

• Self-starter. Hands-on with the attitude to get things done.
