Job Summary
  • Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead nationwide direct sales team towards achievement of corporate sales objectives.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Analysis of monthly sales performance (zone wise, territory wise & product wise) & identify priority areas for sales development
  • To coordinate, control and oversee marketing in formulating strategy / activity to satisfy needs of customers and improving market share
  • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
  • Analyze & approve the ZSMs tour programs & facilitate to cover key customers
  • To meet KOLs & TS & ensure development of business relationship
  • To set productivity benchmark for each territory based on market potential
  • To review activities of ZSMs (tour prg deviations, reporting, control charts, product knowledge, customer knowledge, strategy knowledge)
  • Review of goods return & Daily Sales outstanding
  • Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Distribution, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.

Qualification :
Science Graduate
Experience Required :

10 to 14 Years
