Job Summary
  • Understand and communicate the SOP and brief the project requirements to the team on on-going basis.
  • Create and maintain all project related templates, feedback from cross functions/teams, create and maintain reports to understand and ascertain project progress, team and resource productivity mapping, Manage a clear and actionable MIS log of issues and corrective, preventive actions for future reference.
  • Achieve project related milestones and adhere to the deadlines as defined.
  • Responsible for accuracy of quality team s escalations raised on the operation s team performance.
  • Responsible for creating leads out of the disqualified data available and provide incremental value to the customers
  • Responsible for reducing the escalation received from Customer Success Team on quality team s performance.
  • Be an in-house expert on how data can provide ROI for clients. Understand how data work, and offer the ability to explain in ordinary terms (provide a POV, with a client lens)
  • Review client s requirements and ensure that quality control documentation for a project meets client s requirements
  • Establish quality and reliability standards by studying project requirements with other members of management and with project leads. Responsible for overall outgoing quality levels
  • Build and train a high performing QA team to meet aggressive goals.
  • Focus on creating an audit strategy and plan with necessary SLAs and quality benchmarks for every project. Understand quality expectations of the customer and communicate, enforce and execute those with the team. Ensure consistent and timely feedback and corrective steps for the operations teams.
  • Lead cross-functional QA efforts across multiple projects, ensuring accurate, on-time delivery of required functionality with production-ready quality
  • Identify and define parameters for data integrity and compliance by performing data cleansing, data audit and/or data validation.
  • Conduct urgent and time sensitive investigations of quality issues to determine root cause and recommend corrective action for the same
