Job Description Consulting for New and Existing Clients : Provide specialized design advisory consulting services to new and existing customers by conducting discovery and design thinking workshops, share relevant advisories for customers, address unmet needs and manage client expectations. Create engaging omni-channel digital experience across web, mobile, AR/VR, conversational applications, analytical platforms, and digital medias. Drive Innovation and Knowledge Dissemination : Establish and drive vibrant and active Centers of Excellence (COEs) to further the technical and functional capabilities in the core solutions and platforms ad drive innovations. Proactively maintain market trends, customer unmet needs, and engage teams, and customers to determine top challenges, unmet needs, roadmaps, and opportunities for innovation. Promote Innovation and Data Storytelling concepts : Evangelize innovation and apply modern design trends and Data Storytelling concepts while providing design solutions for strategic initiatives. Think proactively and identify and design innovative trends, designs styles and Data Storytelling concepts, and defining data visualization solutions for the design requests. Create customer journeys, information architecture and wireframes by leveraging previous research. Collaborations and Coordination : Collaborate with a dedicated and passionate multidisciplinary team to ship high quality experiences, in an agile environment. Communicate and collaborate across disciplines and articulate your design solutions across the team with a high level of influence and impact.
