Role 5+ years of experience in driving Data Storytelling and UI/UX initiatives Experience in planning the user-centered design (UCD) process and guide a UX team from concept to launch Experience in representing data in more meaning ways following Data Storytelling and Data Visualization concepts Experience in creating customer journeys, ideation, sketching, information architecture and wireframes by leveraging previous research Experience in conducting design workshops with stakeholders to align needs and requirements Need to do continuous research on new and innovative way to visualize data and provide appropriate solutions as per the project needs Fluency with design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Invision and/or other UX & prototyping software Experience in Creating innovative design solutions and oversee the progress of design projects, making sure creative objectives are being met, on time, within budget and within brand standards Experience in managing team activities including task allocation & monitoring, technical support, and guidance to team members throughout the project Think proactively and identify and design innovative models, designs and frameworks process workflow design, technology evaluation and recommendation for workflow, and defining performance measurement metrics for the team design requests Qualifications: Masters or Bachelor's in Design will be an added advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work with regional leaders and cross-functional teams Experience in planning and facilitating user research Able to iterate based on new information, peer reviews, and feedback Able to work with teams and clients in different time zones
