Job Description:
- Analyzing competitors and summarizing information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport;
- Closes new accounts by tele-calling, e-mailing, inbound inquiries; verifying and validating information.
- Follow up with field sales for order closure; communicating with operations for order processing and managing customers thereof.
- Develops accounts by checking customer s subscribing history; suggesting related and new products; explaining product features and benefits.
- Maintains communication by timely reporting and follow up.
- Achieves quality results by following standards and recommending improvisation to procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in training sessions.
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and renewal subscription goals.
