Job Description:

  • Analyzing competitors and summarizing information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport;
  • Closes new accounts by tele-calling, e-mailing, inbound inquiries; verifying and validating information.
  • Follow up with field sales for order closure; communicating with operations for order processing and managing customers thereof.
  • Develops accounts by checking customer s subscribing history; suggesting related and new products; explaining product features and benefits.
  • Maintains communication by timely reporting and follow up.
  • Achieves quality results by following standards and recommending improvisation to procedures.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in training sessions.
  • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and renewal subscription goals.
