Business Development Manager Job in Innofied

Requirements:

• Should have at least 3 years of experience in handling clients from US, Australia and other
  international locations.
• Understanding of the Demand and Supply of Software Outsourcing, Web Design, Web
  Development, Mobile App Development.
• Knowledge of Web Development (PHP , Java, Meanstack, Python, Ruby on Rails,
  Angular/Node/React JS), Web Designing & Digital Marketing projects.
• You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Should be ready to travel in national and international locations if required.
• You should be following industry trends locally and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• You will be getting Inbound Leads and you have to convert those leads into customers.
• You will analyze client requirements along with our Business Analyst and Technical
  team, write proposals, negotiate and close deals.
• You will be creating contracts for deals.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to
  an increase in sales.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company s
  unique selling propositions and differentiation.
• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
• Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled within a timely manner.
• Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other
  internal staff.
