Job Summary

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To conduct Technical Training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, work flow, and reports
  • Supervise the trainees throughout the whole training process to ensure compliance with Client policies, procedures and to ensure that training objectives are fulfilled
  • Perform special project work as assigned by the overall Program Manager
  • Candidate may need to travel domestically when required to deliver Instructor Led Training or when delivering multi-day recurrent training sessions in the training facilities
  • Reports directly to the site s Sr Program Manager
  • Partners with the Fed PM and COR for their assigned area new team members that needs training administration.
  • To design Technical training manuals by identifying and describing information needs
  • Develop assessments to measure effectiveness of learning material and impact on performance.
  • Ability to relay technical information in a concise and simple format for trainees.
  • Perform needs-based analysis and review of current training programs.
  • Create basic course materials including presentations and manuals/guides.
  • Work with Vendor to facilitate training documents and best practices


Routine Duties/Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, computer science, engineering, design, business, communications, etc
  • Experience pc computer applications and skills
  • Maintain operating procedures and processes
  • Proficient with computers and software such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Exemplary ability to render training as well as follow up
  • Develop learning objectives, evaluations criteria and general course outlines for the curriculum with the collaboration of the Government and all stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and professionalism
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment


Desired Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining short response and resolution times
  • Excellent knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office products
  • 5+ years experience in subject and training
  • Flexibility - to be able to meet the requirements of the business
  • Resilience To be prepared to go the extra mile in a demanding environment
  • High level of ownership skills
