Job Summary
Job Description-:
Month end closure of books of accounts as per the accounting standards and ensuring timeliness and accuracy
Handling and closure of Statutory audits within tight deadlines
Statutory compliances like GST , TDS , FEMA and other regulatory compliances
Ensuring intercompany reconciliations
Handling day to- day operational finance activities like advances to employees , timely settlement of employee claims , vendor payments
Proper and timely recording of all the transactions in accounting software , accounting books must be up to date
Monthly review of all the ledgers to ensure completeness and accuracy
Ensuring a proper record keeping and documentation for all the transactions Ensuring prope r controls to plug various financial leakages
Working capital management
Coordinating with operational team for timely invoicing against unbilled revenue , timely collection from customers
MIS and variance analysis
Budgeting , forecasting
Skills and Competencies:
CA with around 10+ years of experience
Self starter and proactive
Must be hands on in developing and executing processes and controls
Preferably working in service company with domestic and international exposure
Good Manager
