Roles and Responsibility

• We are looking for a HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team who translates data and trends into stories that helps to drive our talent management team to diversity strategies. You would build, standardize, and automate reports and visualizations to help leaders uncover and address issues.

  Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business to identify and translate business requirements into efficient reports, views, and Business Intelligent query objects.
  • Transform large datasets into visualizations from which leaders can easily draw insights and recommendations.
  • Build and automate easy to use, self-service reports and dashboards.
  • Audit data integrity, diagnose issues and establish processes to streamline and improve data quality.
  • Assist in developing analytics strategy and roadmap in support of future business goals and objectives.
  • Analyse the current practices of an organization and identifying points where
  • environmental sustainability could be improved.
  • Develop reports or presentations to communicate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.

  Requirements:

  • Experience 3- 5 years.
