Job Summary

Requirements / Responsibilities:

  • Should have 2-3 years of experience
  • Able to manage and address L1 application, (MS SQL, .net) issues and coordinate with application team for L2/L3 Support and follow ups for closure
  • Understanding of customer needs in terms of existing product feature and policies and enable / define the same. Problem diagnostic in required timelines and escalation to L2 / L3 team as appropriate
  • Good Basic troubleshooting skills of hardware and software and End user system related issues
  • Ready to work in team and shift for 24x7 Support
  • Should know the Ticket management process, Vendor management, L1 technical support
  • Carry out basic installation of Operating system, Linux and Microsoft windows and configure configuration under network ability to carry out routine activities as per the guideline.
