Job Responsibilities: Help define project scope, goals and deliverables. Prepare and communicate Project Plan. Track status and execute adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met. Facilitate change requests, get necessary approvals for CRs and ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. Report on progress at an agreed-upon interval and escalate to stakeholders as need be. Take ownership of the project delivery while coordinating with stakeholders. Perform risk and issue management. Prepare and implement mitigation plans. Proactively work on issues and blockers and help the team move at its fastest pace possible. Coordinate project meetings produce, maintain and distribute meeting minutes, project documentation, updates, status reports, project modifications, key deliverables and approvals for project stakeholders and task owners. Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Qualification and Skills: 4+ years of relevant experience in Project Management B.E./B.Tech. Computer Science/IT/ENTC Solid understanding of project management and experience in waterfall and agile methodology. Excellent written and oral communication. Experience using Jira / PMP certification will be an added advantage.
