Job Summary

Job Responsibilities: Interaction at all levels Fleet owners, top management, fleet managers, etc. Should be able to handle a remote team of different regions. Team planning and tracking the performances. SPOC between customers and internal teams (Sales, Technical, Command Centre, PD, PM, Operations, etc.) Escalation handling Should have very good spoken and written communication skills. To establish a complete onboarding process (OEM Onboarding, Customer onboarding). To create and publish SOP documents for each process Conduct platform and feature training Regular meetings with all the key customers pan India. Should be ready to travel extensively. Data analysis and validation (Platform v/s actual) objection handling Create performance reports for all key customers and publish them with the management. Understand and gather all the requirements, feature requests and enhancement requests. Capture Market Feedback about what customers like about us and also what they dislike about us/competition. Test and roll out the UI/UX features in Alpha/Beta stage Identify system bugs firmware/platform and all the implementations. Technical know-how on the API integration process. All the necessary implementations for better system adoption Skills & Qualification: Customer Service Communications Skills Team Management Presentation Skills Client Relationships Negotiation Skills

Experience Required :
