Master Data Management Analyst Job in Integrichain Incorporated

Job Description Mission: To ensure that the quality of IntegriChain s data elements (including, but not limited to, channel distribution and associated master data) are maintained to the highest standard for our customers, and in instances where these quality standards cannot be met, both internal and external stakeholders should be engaged to seek resolution. Duties: Responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day operation of Data Analyst duties Follow and maintain the documentation surrounding IntegriChain s data quality practices at their specified frequency focusing on the below topics Point-of-Care (POC) Mastering Point-of-Care (POC) Parenting Channel/Class of Trade Assignment 340B Specific POC Maintenance Covered Entity assignment Other ad hoc MDM activities as needed Monitor/support/resolve open issues to ensure that they are addressed within a defined time frame. Resolution of weekly assigned master data exceptions queue Complete ad hoc queue resolution, and POC data stewardship efforts Issue submission/queue management within workflow management tool (JIRA / Zendesk / others) Effective and crisp communication to internal stakeholders around data anomalies or perceived quality issues. Participation in cross functional IntegriChain project teams and progress reporting to Data Management Office stakeholders. Assist Data Management Office in projects and day-to-day activities Communication with data providers and customers regarding new or open issues. Develop, maintain, and update data quality best practices Qualifications Qualifications and Competencies: Bachelor's Degree Knowledge or previous experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft excel and SQL strongly preferred Adept at research utilizing open source and industry databases Eagerness to identify issues and take initiative in process improvement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized with an ability to prioritize and consistently follow-through Flexible and Adaptable to feedback Committed to lifelong learning Capable of working both autonomous and in a team 2+ years experience in a data analyst role, healthcare data strongly preferred Additional Information What does IntegriChain have to offer?
