Job Summary
-Daily Update of the Recruitment Status in terms of vacancies per department as well as update on the status of the shortlisted candidates-Daily update of the manning spread sheet keeping it accurate in terms of actual versus budget, resignations and identified candidates.-Ensure the right talent is attracted and recruited by developing and implementing new and innovative methods of recruitment, using tools such as social media, educational institutions, internal transfers etc. to deliver higher quality candidates and ensure time to fill period is reduced.-Arranging Interview appointments with department heads-Assist in Shortlisting the candidates
