Should have exceptional writing and editing skills in English.
Should have a minimum of 0-2 years experience from a tier 2 engineering college, from electrical, Computer science or Information technology, mandatory
MBA is good to have, but not mandatory
Should have excellent analytical skills and critical thinking ability
Have thirst for knowledge and a love of research
Previous work experience in a chatbot space is a huge plus
As a Business Analyst you will be in charge of :
- Act as an extended part of the customer organisation to understand the knowledge and conversational needs for the virtual assistant.
- Create and maintain technical and solution documentation of the virtual assistants.
- Design conversations using organisation best practices for the virtual assistants to be used in multiple channels.
- Participate in external and internal meetings and workshops aimed towards virtual assistant s performance discussions and conversation improvements.
- Generate / Review required performance reports on daily, weekly and monthly schedules to external and internal teams
