Job Summary On Internshala Trainings (), we teach a number of cool skills to our students. Our focus usually is to teach things in a really simple and easy to understand manner, almost like telling a story and we try to make it fun too. We dream of a world where students can explore, learn, and grow. We recently asked our students (most of whom are in college) what else they would like to learn and Legal Drafting came out on top.But to be frank, we know nothing about teaching legal drafting. We are looking for someone who does. You know the subject and how to teach it and we know a thing or two about making an online training - this could really be a perfect match, don't you think? :) About the projectWe want to build the best online training program to teach Legal Drafting. Our trainings are meant for beginners and the aim of this training is to equip students with skills related to Legal Drafting. This training will include video tutorials, text chapters, quizzes, and assignments to help the students learn and practice what theyve learned. If you have ideas that can make learning Legal Drafting exciting and fun, were looking for you!What will you doWork with the Instructional Designer to develop the training content.Prepare a table of contents for the training.Provide well-written and formatted text chapters which will include explanations for all the different concepts covered in the table of contents.Create quizzes, assignments, project(s), tests, and their solutions. Who are we looking for?Have considerable experience (5+ years) of teaching legal drafting in law colleges/institutions.Have work experience in the field of legal drafting, pleading, and conveyancing. Who better to teach the nuances of legal drafting than someone who has hands-on experience in the area.Enjoy teaching. Someone who is a teacher by choice and not by chance. Who takes pride in knowing that as a teacher he/she can shape so many lives. Someone who knows that at the other end of the video there is going to be a student whose life will probably change after learning what you teach.Can work with us remotely for a few hours at least (say 4-5 hours) if not the whole day for next 6-12 months.Can write well in an error free and engaging manner.Would be open to the option of standing in front of a camera and shooting the video lectures. Trust us, its not as scary as it sounds, and is very similar to classroom teaching- that too without any questions from the students. :)Prior experience of online teaching would really help but is not mandatory. Same is true for sense of humor :)What do we offer in return?Great company.
