Roles and Responsibilities

• B.E./B. Tech -Civil
• 12+ years experience

• Achieving the PL SBU targets assigned to the branch
• Maintaining DSO as per Management directives.
• Drive the vision of Head SBUs in your branch.
• Collate market intelligence of upcoming projects &appraise Branch Head and Head SBU
• Client Management, Networking and attending Seminars
• Business development of his/her SBU
• Facilitate cross selling of services across SBU.
• Identification and processing of tenders in their respective region.
• Ensuring invoices are raised in a timely manner.
• Collections of EMD, SD, BGs & Outstanding dues.
• Co-ordinate with Branch Manager and Project manager/ team leader for smooth execution of project.
• Effective Implementation of project including resource management (identification of competent resources and utilisation of resources at optimum level).
• Ensure that the work ethics imbibed with integrity, impartiality, confidentiality are adhered at all levels
• Effective implementation and business compliances, QMS system and HSE
