Job Summary

Responsiblities: Collaborate with department heads, team leaders, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and forecast workforce demand based on historical data, trends, and future business needs. Develop and maintain staffing schedules that align with operational requirements while considering factors such as employee availability, skill sets, workload distribution, and service level objectives. Monitor real-time workforce performance, identify deviations from plans, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal staffing levels and productivity. Conduct regular analysis of key performance metrics, such as service levels, call volumes, response times, and employee productivity, to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively address any issues. Provide guidance and support to team leaders and employees on workforce management processes, tools, and best practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of workforce management strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in workforce management, and recommend appropriate enhancements or changes to existing processes. Requirements: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse large volumes of data to generate insights and make informed decisions. Proficient in using workforce management tools to forecast, schedule, and monitor workforce performance. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement process improvements. Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work in a dynamic environment.
