Hr Executive Job in Isolve Technologies

Were looking for a passionate and dynamic HR professional with excellent knowledge and work experience in any domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
• Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality and updating leave status
• Maintaining and updating employee database on regular basis
• Resolving employee grievances or queries
• Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
• Conducting exit interviews for employees and documenting respective files
• Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
• Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
• Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
• Responsible for employee engagement activities

Professional Skills:

• Exceptional communication skills
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement
• Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment
• Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction and be able to improve performance through management feedback

Qualifications Required:

• Graduates and postgraduates (B.COM/MBA-HR preferred)
