Job Description :

• * Plan, organize, control, and evaluate operations
• * Conduct regular meetings with the Team and drive them to achieve the required results.
• * Set Goals and Targets for the team, identify training requirements for the department and conduct training sessions
• * Regularly update knowledge base and communicate the process updates with the Team Members
• * Handle the client and customer level escalations
• * Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• * Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Required candidate Profile :

• * Should have excellent communication in English
• * Flexible to work in rotational week off
• * Must have Annotation Experience
