Job Description

• Experience in US IT Recruitment (specializing in SAP ERP domain) with proven track record.
• Effective in selling strategies with US clients to meet business targets.
• Experience in gathering requirement from direct clients and through vendors management portals.
• Having direct contact with Tire1 Vendors or implementation partners and generating new relationship with new vendors.
• Must be a self-starter and enthusiast to mobilize prospectiveconsultants.
• Strong in strategic and individual contribution in end to end recruitment process.
• Managing end to end recruitment process for quality resources

• Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
• Working on W2/1099/GCH/ CITIZENS/Corp to Corp/OPT, CTP/Salary Negotiation/role fitment/date of joining/Closure &HRIS reporting.
• Must be able to bench sales H1B transfer cases.
• Ability to meet the targets on regular basis and to develop a vendor network to get the candidates places in quick turnaround time.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, interviewing and human network skills
• Must have used internet extensively for searching resumes on various job portals and social networking websites like LinkedIn, GitHub, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, etc..
• Open to work in US timings at office premises.
