Requirements*

  • 1-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in building and managing a diverse talent pipeline
  • Experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
