Job Summary

How you will make an impact:

  • Design new services:Take a concept through from ideation, proof of concept and pilot, to business-as-usual.
  • Partner with other stakeholders:Collaborate effectively with Technology team to scope the technical aspects and enhancements of services. Collaborate effectively with Product team to reinforce the priority of business needs around services.
  • Balance business needs with return on investment:Develop cost-effective solutions. Manage project complexity and resource effectively.


What we are looking for:

This position requires specialized skills and full proficiency developed through job-related trainings and considerable on-the job experience. Individualistic goals needs limited degree of supervision. The role is likely to act as an informal resource for service providers and has no supervisory responsibilities. Identifies key issues and patterns from data. Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.


Who you are:

  • Masters in core science field /Ph.D. in life science, material science, chemistry, physics, Environmental science, and Social science.
  • Experience with ML/AI technology
  • Design, pilot, and implement new initiatives and products
  • Ability to identify and suggest improvements to processes and products
  • Ability to specify standards and success criteria for projects
  • Ability to plan, manage and complete projects to specified standards, within budget, and within deadlines
  • Ability to influence colleagues and clients in managing change
  • Ability to motivate colleagues and create a positive supportive culture
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team colleagues
  • Excellent standard of English
