Job Summary

What we are looking for:

Enterprise Solutions, this position will be based in Noida and will be responsible for achieving the sales targets for this domain in North region from Educational Institutions. The Sales Manager is also responsible for managing the client accounts end to end, recognizing key client issues and ensuring the client needs and sales objectives are consistently met. This position will be the face of Wiley for key university customers.

How you will make an impact:

  • Planning & forecasting- Provide detailed sales planning, coverage planning and monthly projections for assigned budgets for the region
  • Business Development- Proactively understand existing Wiley learning solutions to ensure best fit with prospective opportunities in region. Identification of Potential Educational Institutions across India for selling zyBooks & Enterprise Model. Identify key decision-makers, stakeholders and influencers, establishing relationships, sharing proposals, delivering sales presentations and other required support through consultative sales.
  • Partnership Management- Partnership Management Establish and manage the client relationship, recognize key client issues, and ensure that client needs and project objectives are consistently met in collaboration with post-sales and product teams, through weekly/monthly follow-up.
  • Develop and extend partnerships. Prospect existing clients for new sales and ensure a robust, accurate and online pipeline of new business.
  • Brainstorm with product and marketing team for maximizing client potential and to support and enhance visibility of Wiley and partner s solutions.
  • Create and execute strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients.
  • Share weekly plans of status of accounts and potential leads, new initiatives, follow up action plans and revenue pipeline.
  • Who you are:

    • Graduate or degree, preferably in Business or Management/ Management from a reputed institution. (full time). Should have 5 years of experience
    • Track record of managing university and Academia business end to end, and achieving sales targets, and working with multiple clients
    • Experience in Ed-tech or Blended learning companies or Technology Saas companies selling into the universities and colleges would be preferable.
    • Basic understanding of Digital and how technology is a key enabler for education.
    • Strong communication, active listening and presentation skills
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Strategic prospecting and rapport building skills
    • Ability to co-ordinate complex multi-discipline responses to meet the queries or new requests of partners and clients. Strong attention to documentation, planning and analysis
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
    • Speaks effectively one-on-one and in groups with demonstrable ability to influence outcomes.
    • Understands organization s information structure (key decision makers, influencers, etc.) and uses it to accomplish goals mutually beneficial to both the individual and the organization
