As a Sr. PPC Analyst at JustAnswer, you will work to help improve the efficiency and reach of our paid search engine marketing (SEM) efforts across multiple categories and domans through testing, spend optimization, and vertical expansion. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented individual with a passion for the numbers side of marketing along with creative mind for ads, visual assets and landing pages. You should be comfortable working with data sets that include millions of keywords and not intimidated by the wonderful world of Google AdWords and Bing Ads. The ideal candidate for this role is a quantitative problem-solver that makes sense out of chaos and infuses insight into his/her team. This position joins JA s India office in Bengaluru and supports the Customer Acquisition function based out of San Francisco.

Responsibilities

  • Build keyword sets using keyword research tools, search query data and competitive research
  • Research, build and expand campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ad copies and placements
  • Mine search query data to find positive opportunities and negative search terms, ad copies, landing pages
  • Google Paid search campaigns optimization using smart bidding strategies and LTV bidding.
  • Build Google Display Network (GDN) campaigns and creatives targeting various networks and websites
  • Assist with conversion optimization strategy by writing ad copy, A/B testing, to maximize ROAS, margins and quality score across engines.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7+ years professional experience
  • Experience with Google Ads or Bing Ads or Double Click (Display and Video 360)
  • Experience with working with large data sets such as millions of key words across accounts and publishers
  • Hands on experience in SQL
  • Google Adwords/Bing Ads certification
  • Ability to learn quickly, to organize, and to deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Proficiency in Excel - should be able to work with large data sets, pivot tables etc.
  • Strong results-orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor s or advanced degrees in Business, Marketing and Analytics or related degree
  • Should be hard working with an excellent work ethic
