Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the field of IoT (Internet of Things). As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the IoT space. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to understand their needs and develop effective solutions that leverage our IoT offerings. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while building strong and lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the IoT market segment.

2. Identify and prospect potential clients, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to address their specific business challenges.

4. Present and demonstrate IoT products and services to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.

6. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

8. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, industry influencers, and strategic partners.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, actively promoting our IoT solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IoT or technology industry, with a focus on enterprise-level solutions.

3. Strong understanding of IoT technologies, platforms, and applications.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.

5. Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, meet and exceed sales targets.

6. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience in contract management.

7. Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.

9. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend events, and explore new market opportunities.

10. Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
