Senior Sales Executive (Lead Mover) Primary roles & responsibilities include:
Convert leads into activities and monitor Sales Executives to get the maximum leads
Convert activities into closures and motivate team for maximum conversions
Prepare sales plan with the team to execute sales & marketing strategies
Execute and manage commercial sales operations, responsible for high-rise apartments
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods and costs to achieve the company targets
Interact with clients to determine business requirements
Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically
Maintain good relationship with customer and promote the product uniqueness
Resolve all complex enquiries from the clients and ensures customer satisfaction
Showing commercial & residential properties and demonstrate the features and benefits of available homes
Preferably with experience in retail sales sector
