Job Summary
Qualification : ) B Tech / M Tech inPolymer Tech / PhD(Organic) or equivalentin PolymerScience/Technology.15 years and above in reputedpolymer manufacturingcompany. Working as a leaderof a team/project preferred.Experience in Phenolic Resinspreferred.
Develop recipe for new products- Scale up from lab to production- Recipe improvement for better performance- Review product development with Business/Marketing- Cost reduction on standard recipe- Technology transfer- Improving production process in consultation with production bydeveloping new process- Review functioning and calibration of lab equipment- Review and monitor incoming raw material and outgoing finishedgoods testing and making COA- Manage preservation of Company Intellectual Property(Formulations / Process/Technical design and drawings)
