Job Summary

An executive whose handled events, exhibition stall set-up and has been coordinating with printers for print jobs is our ideal candidate.
As part of the KRA he/she would be involved in interacting with printers to get competitive quotes and finalize payment terms in discussion with the Management.
Also during events they would have to be present to ensure smooth flow of events. Till such time they will be interacting with the creative and marketing team to understand all requirements, suggest what they have in stock from their experience and at the same will be required to meet the client if the need arises.
Out of all jobs, some are off beat and require beyond regular vendors such as complex custom gifts. At this time he/she will be expected to search for new vendors who could help us out with the same and get the job done on time for the client.
To keep the creative juices flowing, he/she must attend exhibitions and events when possible to stay abreast of the latest in production and make timely suggestions to the creative and marketing team accordingly so as to enhance the agency intelligence and ultimately profits.
