Job Summary

The enterprise sales manager will lead the efforts towards development of the enterprise sales function, and drive business growth. The candidate should be willing to build the business from the ground-up, and should be comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build the enterprise function, across industrial sectors, through understanding of business opportunities, by developing trusted relationship with stakeholders, and by displaying long-term orientation.
  • Originate, nurture, and close deals, and take complete ownership of the accounts in terms of on-boarding, delivery and retention.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell core services to existing and adjacent business divisions of an account.
  • Maintain a high quality pipeline of leads aligned with our offerings.
  • Work closely with the internal teams to extend offerings to clients through a consultative approach.
  • Support development of in-bound and out-bound marketing efforts by providing regular inputs and helping map efforts to business objectives.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's or a Master's Degree in any discipline.
  • 4-5 years of experience in selling enterprise solutions to a wide-range of large industrial companies.
  • Strong business network across industries.
  • Experience of closing multiple deals (origination experience will be a plus).
  • Technical orientation in terms of understanding client businesses and mapping their requirement to our core offerings.
  • Experience in integration of multiple solutions and the ability to determine scope, duration, resources required prior to beginning a project.
  • Strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
  • Experience of CRM software such as HubSpot will be a plus.
