Job Summary
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly activity targets such as outbound calls, time spent on phone, number of account acquisitions and close rates.
- Work the entire sales process from prospecting new leads to the activation of new accounts in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline of self-generated sales leads.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities defining your own strategies.
- Research and keep educated about current market trends, opportunities and competition.
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall sales and team result.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Consistency in achieving sales targets.
