Job Summary
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly activity targets such as outbound calls, time spent on phone, number of account acquisitions and close rates.
  • Work the entire sales process from prospecting new leads to the activation of new accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline of self-generated sales leads.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities defining your own strategies.
  • Research and keep educated about current market trends, opportunities and competition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall sales and team result.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Consistency in achieving sales targets.
